For a personalized product you may need to pay a booking amount for the product confirmation. This process may take extra time to process your order. If you need to get your order faster we recommend online payment mode.
Return/Refund Policy
The product will be replaced or refund only if you receive a damaged product or wrong product. We recommend you to make a video while opening the parcel so that if there is a damaged product you have proof of it. You can send the video of the product with the issue on our whatsapp number 9311417474 within 3 days of delivery. We will send you the replacement as soon as possible. If video is not made while opening the parcel we will not be able to help you in any way. In case you demand a refund, it will be returned within 5-7 working days to the original payment mode. In case you have ordered through COD our customer service team will contact you for a refund.
