Yes, we ensure a 7-day easy return policy. It means customers can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product from our logistics partner. To validate the reason for the return, you need to share the following:
- High-resolution and bright images of the damaged product including the entire product and the damaged part.

The delivery time varies according to product & place. However, we offer three delivery methods to our customers:
Standard Delivery: We usually get our products shipped within 24-48 hours and delivered within 5-7 days across India.
3-day delivery: In metro cities, we deliver products within 72 hours.
Same-day delivery: There are certain PIN codes where we deliver products within 24 hours.
